Railway Department has released news of conducting online examination for 2.5 lakh posts. According to the department, it will be the world’s largest online exam. CEN 02/2018 Updates:
Ajmer: Railway Recruitment Board Ajmer issued the information on the date, city and shift information on website on Sunday afternoon for facilitating the candidates of Group D. Now the Mock Test link will be activated by the Board on Monday.
RRB Ajmer President Alok Kumar Mishra told that candidates need to visit only official website to know shift, and in which cities CBT will be conducted.
Click on the Board’s website, http://www.rrbajmer.gov.in, clicking the candidate will fill their registration number and date of birth on the concerned link, they will get all this information.
The Mock test link has been activated for facilitating candidates for the preparation of online examination by the board.
Candidates of SC ST will also be able to download Train Travel Authority from Monday i.e. 10.09.2018. Candidates will be able to download call letters four days before the date of organizing the examination. Candidates will have to get the original identity card at the examination center.
This test will begin on September 17. Candidates will be given one and a half hours time to solve the paper in this examination, which will take place at different stages. In this period, 100 questions will be asked. Questions will be multiple choice. The examination will have negative marking. On each wrong answer one third digit will be deducted. It is worth mentioning that this examination will be for about 63 thousand posts. In this, 1.90 crore candidates from across the country will participate.
Breaking News: Friends, you will not have to wait because the employment notice has been issued. It will be treated as a mega recruitment drive because applications for 4755 posts have been sought. RRB Ajmer will organize Online CBT first time for these posts. Application link will be available from 10th February and candidates will be allowed to submit online application by 31st March 2018.

What are the new changes?
The RRB Ajmer has informed about the many changes being implemented from this year. It is also necessary for the candidates to know and follow these changes. These changes are related to application process and examination.More information is given below:
Online Application: Application for job openings in the RRB Ajmer can be done online. This is very important change because the old system was very slow. So keep in mind only online applications will be valid from this year.
Aadhaar Number Verification: At the time of application, the candidate must have the Aadhaar number or Aadhar enrollment number. The application form can not be allowed to be filled without it. Apart from this, it will be confirmed by the candidate’s finger print at the time of online examination.
Online Examination: This is also a new change. Candidates will be selected from the online exam this year.It will be a computer based test, which will be arranged for a very large scale. That is why Railways is calling it the world’s largest online exam. The candidate will also get a chance to do a mock test before actual date of CBT. The link for this test will be activated 10-15 days before the actual test.
Application Fee Refund: The Railway Ministry has taken another major decision after giving a relaxation in the age limit in the Railway RRB Ajmer Recruitment 2019. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has said that the Railway Exam fees will be refunded to the students who are taking computer based test. However, an easy condition has been laid for this too.
According to the reports, fees will be returned to the candidates who will be involved in RRB Ajmer CBT examination. Students who do not take the exam will not be entitled to get the fee back. Any fees which are refunded will be returned directly to the student’s bank account.
In this, Rs. 250 examination fee will be charged from the SC/ST candidates in the form of Railway Ajmer Examination Fees and Rs. 500 will be charged for candidates of general and obc category. The full fees will be transferred to bank account in the reserved category student, whereas for general and obc category candidates, Rs. 400 will be refunded directly to their bank account.

Updates on RRB Ajmer 2nd Stage CBT for ALP/Technician
Railway Recruitment Board Bilaspur Result was announced on Friday evening for the ALP and Technician recruitment of First Stage CBT (Computer Based Test). Now the candidates who have passed the examination in the first phase have started preparing for second stage CBT. A few days ago, the Railways had also released the Syllabus of Exam Trade of Second stage CBT. Second stage CBT will begin on December 12 and run till December 14.
RRB ALP and Technician second stage CBT Examination City and date information will be issued 10 days ago i.e., on December 2. The candidate will be able to download e-call letter for CBT 2 four days before the exam. For example the candidates whose examination will be scheduled on December 12, e-call letter will be issued on December 8.
