The Railway Recruitment Board has issued computer based test date, exam city and other details for the group D examinations scheduled to be held after 16th October2018. All the details have been announced in addition to the examination center and date. Railway has released the information of the Group D exam date on its official website.
Candidates can check the examination date, center and shift details at official railway website i.e. indianrailways.gov.in or through concerned region website . Let me tell you that the Railway CEN 02/2018 Level I exam date was going to release on September 30, but for some reason the announcement was not made.

CEN 02/2018 Exam Date: 17th September 2018 to 16th October 2018
Today i.e. 06.09.2018 another notice has been issued regarding CEN 02/2018 (Level 1 posts as per 7th CPC). By this the Department has confirmed that the examination is going to start from 17th September. Now we have the confirmed date of Group D Exam.
Apart from this, the Department has informed that the link to the Mock Test will be activated on 10th September 2018. Candidates will be able to check the details of Group D exam date, city, shift etc from 9th September. Candidates who are from SC/ST category will be able to download their travel travel pass from 10th September 2018. The complete schedule given below:

Exam Date Out: The date of exam is not released yet. Today i.e. 26.08.2018 RRB released the date of upcoming CBT for Group D posts. According to latest notification 1st stage computer based (level 1 posts) will be commencement from 17th September 2018. The important details such as exam city, date, shifts will be uploaded from 10 days from the exam and e-call letter will be available from 4 days before the exam. 28th July 2018: Today, the department has given information and according to this date to modify invalid photograph is extended upto 30.07.2018. After this, no other opportunity will be given and the candidates who do not upload valid photographs will be rejected. And they will be deprived of participating in this upcoming 1st state computer based test.
24th July 2018: The railway recruitment board found that photographs of many candidates have been uploaded incorrectly. A new notification has been issued and it has been said that the photograph of many candidates has been found invalid. The Department has also sent this information to the registered mobile and email of the candidates. A link provided at the end of the notification for candidates use this to upload proper passport size photograph as per requirements latest by 28.07.2018. However, no information has been issued regarding the RRB Group D Exam Date.
11th July 2018: The department completed the scrutiny of applications on 11th July 2018. A link has been issued to check the application status. Candidates who applied can check their application form status from 11.07.2018 to 20.07.2018. After this date link will be deactivate. But the department has not announced any announcement regarding the date of the Group D exam and said that very soon the notification will be issued at official website and also asked the candidates to be ready.
RRB Group D Exam Date Not Released for Thousands of Candidates
The wait has been increased for the millions of candidates of RRB Group D whose computer-based examination date, examination city and shift details have not yet been released. Railways have once again announced that the RRB Group D Exam dates for the exams which will be after October 16 will be issued on September 30. It is noteworthy that the announcement of the examination date, city and shift of lakhs candidates of Railway Group D has not yet been announced. On September 09, only the candidates, who were examined for the examination date, city and shift of the candidates, till October 16.

Answers to hundred questions in 90 minutes
On the behalf of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), the Syllabus has been issued for candidates who are joining the recruitment examination held for 62907 posts of Group D. Candidates will have to answer hundred questions in 90 minutes in the examination beginning September 17.
RRB has been informed that in the exam, 25 questions of the Mathematics, 30 of General Intelligence and Reasoning, 25 of General Science and General Awareness and Current Affairs will be asked for a total of 20 questions in the examination.
Physically challenged candidates will be given 90 minutes instead of 90 minutes. RRB Allahabad Chairman SAM Naqvi confirmed this.
How many marks to be brought to clear the RRB exam
In order to clear the CBT examination of RRB Group D, the candidates will get a total of 40 percent marks.
OBC and SC have been fixed 30% and ST for 25%. CBT will also have negative marking.
On one wrong answer of the candidate, one-third marks will be deducted. Candidates clearing the CBT exams will be included in the PET Examination through Shortlist.
