CEN 02/2018 Updates:
Exam Schedule: 17th September 2018 to 16th October 2018
For those Candidates who applied for the examination of Railway Recruitment Board Group D, tomorrow, i.e. 13th September, is very important day.
The Railway Board is going to issue an admit card on September 13, 2018. Candidates applying for this examination can download the call letter from the respective regional RRB website. Candidates will also get examination date, city and shift information on this website. RRB will begin the Group D exam from 17 September 2018.
The examination hall entrance card or call letter for the Railway Group D will be issued just four days before the date of examination. Therefore, admit cards will be issued on September 13 for the Group D exam on September 17.
The Mock Link has been released on 10th September to practice CBT. On this link, you will be able to see how the questions will be asked in the CBT exam.
In order to pass the computer best test, general candidates have to score minimum 40% marks. The passing score for OBC class SC is 30 percent and for ST the percentage is 25 percent.

Breaking News: Good news for those candidates who were waiting for notification for group D posts. Railway Recruitment Board released advertisement for 1532 (one thousand five hundred thirty two) Group D posts. It is second notification release in the month of February. Candidates can apply for ALP and Group D both positions. Online examination for both positions will be on different date. Candidates having Matriculation, ITI and valid Aadhaar number can apply online. The link to “Apply Online” is currently available and candidates can apply till 31.03.2018.

What are the new changes? – Important
Railway Recruitment Board Bhubneshwar notified about several changes which would be effective this year. These changes are related to application process and examination. Below are more information about this, read it carefully:
Online Application: This is the first change and all the candidates have considered it as a good change. This time only online application can be done from the concerned Railway Region website.
Verification of Aadhaar Number: Candidates will have to verify their Aadhaar number at the time of application. If you have applied for a new Aadhaar card then you can also fill the enrollment number in online application form. Those who do not have Aadhaar Card or enrollment number will not be able to apply.
Online Examination: RRB Bhubaneswar has decided to conduct online examination for all the Group C & D posts. It will be a computer based test. Therefore, the candidate should be aware of working in computer. Selection process in all railway areas will be similar.
Fee & Refund: Railways have made some changes to the fees that need to be addressed. Railway has fixed the application fee of Rs 500 for General and OBC candidates and Rs 250 for SC / ST candidates. Fee must also be deposited with the application form.
The Department has decided that the fees will be refunded to the candidates who will be involved in computer exams. Therefore, while filling the application form, carefully note the full details of your bank like Account No, IFSC Code, Bank Name etc. According to notification released by Railway Bhubaneswar candidate who will participate in CBT will get fee back. Rs. 400/- will be refunded to General / OBC and Rs. 250/- to SC/ST candidate.
