What are the new changes?
Friends, do you know that this year Railway Recruitment Board has made many new changes in the application and selection process. If you do not know, read the following information carefully.
Online Application: Now the old system will not be used to take applications. Railway has now become digital and has created a new system for online application. All the candidates are now required to make the application online only, details of which are given at the end of the page under How to Apply section.
Aadhaar Number Verification: Railway is the first government department to verify the Aadhaar number of the candidate at the time of application. Candidates without Adhaar Card will not be able to apply. This means that from this year, the Aadhaar card is mandatory for applying for the RRB Chandigarh Jobs.
Online Examination: Another new change is that the department is going to organize the world’s largest online exam. Candidates applying for the Railway Recruitment Board Chandigarh will also come under it. So start preparing to participate in the biggest computer based test of the world.

Latest Updates on CEN 02/2018:
Railway Chandigarh Recruitment Board has issued a link to the candidates for their examination center, date and shift information for the RRB CDG Group D Recruitment Examination 2018 and soon will issue the Admit Card on 13th September.
Exam Date: Candidates can download the date of their examination and call letter by visiting the railway Chandigarh website i.e. www.rrbcdg.gov.in. RRB CEN 02/2018 1st stage Level 1 post examinations will be held from September 17 to 16th October.

Admit Card: Railways have stated that candidates can download admit card from Railway website 4 days before the date of examination of RRB Group D.
Mock Test: RRB Group-D Computer Based Test going to conduct from September 17. The candidates participating in this test are required to practice answering questions on the computer. The RRB has also shared the Mock Test link for the candidates. RRB has activated the link to the CBT Practice Mock Test on the respective websites of its division. Candidates can practice their tests by logging on.

Finally, examination has been started for Group D posts. The exam is taking place in three shifts from 17th September every day. RRB Chandigarh regularly activating the link to download the admit card 2-4 days prior to the CBT. The date of examination has already been told to the candidate so he has to download the admit card 4 days before the computer test. Application Fee & Refund
Piyush Goyal said that the Railway Examination fee for the exempt categories is 250 rupees, although it will be refunded later. While the examination fees for general categories are 500 rupees. After being present, 400 rupees will be refunded.
Apart from this, the railway has also given another facility. Railway has given the facility of signing in any language during the examination. Now you can sign Hindi or English in any language. Just your signature should be the same in the entrance and examination hall.
How to Check RRB CDG Application Status?
Knowing the status of the application is also important. Within a few days of the completion of the application process, the department places the link to check application status on the same website from which you applied. Usually, not paying fees is the main reason for the application being rejected. Candidates whose application is appearing with the status of Approved can participate in the online examination.
How to Download RRB Chandigarh Admit Card 2018/2019
Applicants will have to download the Railway Recruitment Board Chandigarh Admit Card to participate in the online examination (CBT). Candidates whose name is given in the approved application list will be able to download. Generally it is released 10-15 days before the examination.

How to Check RRB Chandigarh Recruitment Result?
After successful completion of the examination the Railway Recruitment Board Chandigarh will announce the result on the official website. The result will be announced for the post Assistant Loco Pilot, Assistant Station Master, Group D Posts, TC, Clerk and for other posts. In order to check result visit www.rrbcdg.gov.in.
Updates: Chairman of the Railway Recruitment Board has said that the results will be released before the end of this month or before Diwali. Examination on Group D posts will be completed in December and results will be released next year.
